DREAMAX Learning Centre Regulations
- Article 1 (Name)
The name of this school shall be DREAMAX Learning Centre (hereinafter referred to as "the School").
- Article 2 (Purpose)
The purpose of the School is to improve academic ability and establish study habits through learning guidance. Additionally, the School aims to contribute to the sound physical and mental development of students through education and to promote education within the local community. - Article 3 (Enrollment Procedure)
Individuals eligible to join the School shall be those who agree to these regulations and are deemed suitable for enrollment by the School. In the case of minors, enrollment is conditional upon the permission of a guardian, and the prescribed application form must be filled out, sealed (or signed), and submitted. - Article 4 (Fees and Payment Method)
Members shall pay the entrance fee, annual fee, material fees, and tuition by the date designated by the School.
Payment of Monthly Tuition: Please pay the tuition for the following month to the instructor in charge by the 20th of every month.
Once fees have been paid, they shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

The School offers the following discount systems:
- Sibling Discount
- Referral Discount
- Use of the Osaka City Extracurricular Education Subsidy Project (Juku-dai Aid Card)

Notification of Absence: If you cannot attend a lesson, please contact the staff via the Official LINE Account (or designated contact method) at least 24 hours in advance.
Substitute Lessons: Substitute lessons will be arranged only if notification is received within the deadline. Substitute lessons must be arranged and taken within 4 weeks of the date of absence.
In the case of an unexcused absence or notification received less than 24 hours prior, no substitute lesson will be provided, and the lesson will be considered forfeited.
- Article 7 (Activity Period and Cancellations)
The School's activity period is, in principle, one year from April to the end of March of the following year.
The annual schedule and dates for summer/winter courses will be determined separately.
Classes may be changed or cancelled in the event of severe weather (such as typhoons or weather warnings), natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, members will be notified in advance. - Article 8 (Withdrawal and Leave of Absence)
Members wishing to withdraw from the School must submit a notification to that effect by the 20th of the month prior to the desired withdrawal month using the prescribed method and obtain the School's approval.
Members wishing to take a leave of absence (absent for 1 month or more continuously) must also submit a notification using the prescribed method by the 20th of the prior month.
If notification is not received by the 20th of the prior month, the tuition for the following month shall be payable. - Article 9 (Disclaimer and Liability for Accidents)
The School assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss occurring within the School or while commuting to/from the School.
If a student's attitude or behavior within the School is judged to be significantly disruptive to other students, the School may order their expulsion.
The School may claim compensation for damages regarding the destruction of facilities or equipment caused by intent or gross negligence. - Article 10 (Use of Photos and Images)
Photos and videos taken of the School's activities may be used for promotion on the School's website, SNS, flyers, etc. If you do not wish for your images to be published, please notify us in advance. - Article 11 (Revision of Regulations)
The School may revise these regulations at any time as necessary, and may establish detailed rules regarding matters related to these regulations or matters not stipulated herein. Changes will be made known to members through notification or posting, and shall take effect at that time.
